In the MLS All-star game, Manchester United made an excellent demonstration of how to play good football. The All-star team that actually played a very good game as well, in spite of the result, was somewhat naive and nervous in the beginning. Bekham was definetely their best player, while individual game prevailed for the rest, which did not allow other players to shine too much, in particular, Thierry Henry, who played only the first half and was heavily tackled and controlled by several players at one time. All-stars failed to score in a few Manchester United defensive mistakes. Park and Bervatoff were bright in MANU's offensive.
